Friends, rivals, nemesis and watchlist: tracking categories
Not everyone you follow is a friend. Some are the player who pipped you to the top key last week, some are the guild you are chasing, and some are just interesting. MythicKey gives each of those a category so your list stays readable.
The five categories
Categories are labels you assign when you track a character. They change nothing about the data collected. They only decide how characters are grouped on the Tracked page and in the feed filters.
- Friends: people you play with and want to keep up with
- Rivals: players you measure yourself against
- Nemesis: the one or two you really want to beat
- Watchlist: characters you are curious about, quietly
- Guild: your raid team and guildmates
Pausing instead of removing
When someone takes a break from World of Warcraft, pause them. A paused character stays on your list with their last known status but stops generating feed events and stops being refreshed, which keeps your feed clean and your refreshes fast. Resume with one press when they come back.
Current status cards
The top of the Tracked page shows a card per character with avatar, class colored name, realm, equipped item level, Mythic+ rating, raid progress such as 7/9M and when they were last seen. It is the fastest way to answer the question of who has been playing this week.

Can a character be in two categories?
Each tracked character has one category. Change it any time from the Tracked page.
Do rivals see that I follow them?
No. Tracking is private to your account and only reads public Blizzard data.
