MythicKey helps you track your World of Warcraft friends, rivals and guildmates. This policy explains what data we collect on our website and in our apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We never sell your personal data.
What we collect
- Account data. If you sign in, we store your email address and basic profile details from your sign-in provider.
- Battle.net data. If you connect Battle.net, we access your World of Warcraft characters and profile data with your permission, so we can show your own characters and progress.
- Tracking choices. The characters you track, your categories, and your settings.
- Public game data. Character, guild, dungeon and raid data fetched from Blizzard's public APIs.
- Usage data. Anonymous statistics about how the service is used, if you allow analytics.
Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. With your consent we also use storage for anonymous analytics and for showing and measuring sponsored placements. You can change your choices at any time.
Third parties
- Blizzard Entertainment provides game data through the Battle.net API.
- Wowhead provides item tooltips.
- Google provides web fonts and sign-in.
- Sponsors may appear as clearly marked placements.
We share only what is needed for these services to work, and never your tracked lists or account details.
Our apps
The MythicKey apps for iOS and Android follow this same policy. The apps only access data after you have given permission, ask before any tracking across other apps and websites, and let you withdraw consent in the app settings at any time. Connecting Battle.net is always optional.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. Cached public game data is refreshed and cleaned up automatically. You can delete your tracked characters at any time, and you can contact us to delete your account and all associated data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will help you exercise these rights.
Children
MythicKey is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
